Cultural diplomacy is an instrument for promoting values, views, ideas on international level. It includes informational projects, cultural and educational exchanges, and projects on the Internet.

Mission of the “Agency” is to make Russia closer to the world by means of culture, to help people to enjoying of beauty and diversity of the world, to connect authors with new audience, to learn administrators with new practices, and to inspirit young people to work in the sphere of culture.
